FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer? Call +371 20 913 911 – advice is free of charge.

Can someone without experience get it wrong?

No. The AED analyses the heart rhythm itself and delivers a shock only if it is needed. If there is no life-threatening rhythm, the device will not deliver a shock.

Fully automatic or semi-automatic – which should you choose?

For public places we recommend a fully automatic model – it removes any hesitation. A semi-automatic device is a good choice for trained teams. Read the comparison

Do you install the defibrillator?

We do not install devices, but we advise on the best location and mounting – wall bracket or cabinet, height, visibility. Our offers also include signs and staff training.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices on our website exclude VAT – 21% VAT is added. We issue VAT invoices to companies, payable by bank transfer.

How often do the pads and battery need replacing?

Pads usually last 2–5 years and the battery 4–6 years; pads must also be replaced after every use. We remind you when they are due. Spare parts

Can an AED be placed outdoors?

Yes, but in the Baltic climate it needs a heated cabinet. View outdoor cabinets
